VTS Investigations has been performing worker compensation investigations, indexes and safety reports since 1979. Our clients include insurance companies, corporations, law firms, self-insured organizations, and governments. We work with our clients to validate legitimate claims, determine responsible parties, and to reduce exposure to injury and financial loss.

Our experienced field investigators will respond to an immediate potential work-related injury and document the chain of events and parties responsible for the injury or death. Our services are also utilized on a daily basis to document the activities of claimants in order to assess the pending claim.

The paralegal and research division of VTS Investigations will conduct background research on claimants as it pertains to preexisting conditions and potentially responsible parties. We also perform routine indexing of job applicants for prior claims once an offer of employment has been made. Applicant index screening is performed in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the ADA.
